This 6th generation MC275 has many subtle improvements over the previous version that greatly improve performance. Combined with the wider bandwidth McIntosh output transformer design, the MC275 features tighter bass control and a thermally quiet circuit design. The result is pure music.
McIntosh’s proprietary gold-plated speaker connection terminals ensure the best connection to all speaker cables, while high-quality balanced and unbalanced input connectors enhance signal transfer from the connected preamp.
The seven small valves are illuminated with LEDs to indicate the functional status of the power stages: when switched on, they illuminate sequentially amber for a few seconds and then all turn green to indicate system availability (see below). In the rare event of an outlet valve failure, the small valves in front will turn red to notify you of the problem. The Power Control system is used to remotely control the valve lighting from a McIntosh preamp.

Esta MC275 de sexta generación tiene muchas mejoras sutiles respecto a la versión anterior que mejoran en gran medida el rendimiento. Combinado con el diseño de transformador de salida McIntosh de ancho de banda más amplio, la MC275 presenta un control de graves más tenso y un diseño de circuito térmicamente silencioso.
